Why ecommerce stores look for Hyros alternatives
Hyros's pitch is simple: catch the sales the ad platforms miss and send them back to Meta and Google so their targeting improves. Stores that look elsewhere usually do it for reasons of fit.
- You can't see the price. Hyros's pricing page now says "we quote it on a quick set up call, not a table", and its FAQ adds that pricing "follows the revenue we track for you" (Hyros pricing). An older Hyros pricing page is still online with a slider: $69 a month up to $5K of tracked monthly revenue, $230 up to $20K, $999 up to $250K, $1,499 up to $750K, and custom above $1M (Hyros, older pricing page). An archived version lists $230 "per month w/annual plan" (Hyros archive). So expect a revenue-based price, probably on an annual plan, and confirm both on the call.
- It's built around funnels and calls. Hyros sells into four business models: ecommerce, info and education ("courses, coaching, webinars"), SaaS, and B2B calls, where it tracks "every booked call, close and recurring retainer" (Hyros call tracking). The best-known names on its pages are Tony Robbins' ad team, Alex Hormozi, Russell Brunson and Sam Ovens, next to a few ecommerce brands (Hyros archive). For a store with a $60 basket and no sales calls, a lot of that machinery is built for a different business.
- It doesn't look at the page. Hyros says it plainly in its own FAQ: "HYROS is not an analytics tool." It plugs into your existing reporting (Hyros pricing). It tells you which ad earned the sale. It doesn't show you what the visitors who didn't buy did on your product page.
- You start with a demo. Every path on the site leads to a setup call, and the archived page explains why: "Due to this level of customization we require a quick call to set you up."
For a store, two questions matter more: how many orders really came from each ad, counted in the store, and where the paid visitors drop off before they buy.
The 6 best Hyros alternatives for ecommerce
1. Anry: for stores that need to see where paid visitors leave
Anry is built for stores, not funnels. Where Hyros traces a lead to a booked call, Anry traces a Meta or Google click into a Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop session and on to the order, so the count comes from your store and not from the ad platform. Then it picks out where those paid visitors are lost (one page, one device, one ad bringing the wrong buyers) and prices each loss in orders. Your agent reads all of it through a read-only MCP with 16 tools, in Claude, Claude Code or Cursor. The difference from Hyros's model is deliberate: Hyros's homepage demo shows Claude updating ad sets through its MCP (Hyros). Anry's tools can't change data, settings, campaigns or ads. The fix goes to your agent ("Ask Anry"), and you decide.
An attribution tool credits Meta with whatever sales it drove. It doesn't set paid visitors next to direct ones on the same pages. When the paid group leaves much faster, my read is that the traffic Meta bought deserves a look before the page does. We saw that on our own ads, and the full story is in Meta ads getting clicks but no sales.
- Best for: online stores on Meta or Google ads that want orders counted in the store, plus the page or device where paid visitors drop.
- Price: published, unlike Hyros: one plan with all features and monthly billing, plus a free trial with no card (Anry pricing).
- The catch: no call tracking, no funnel-builder integrations and no TikTok. If your sale closes on a phone call, Anry won't see it.
2. Triple Whale: the Shopify-native pick
Triple Whale was made for Shopify stores and installs as a Shopify app. The free plan covers first and last click with a 12-month lookback. Foundation adds the Triple Pixel, multi-touch attribution and an MCP that Triple Whale describes as read-only (Triple Whale help).
- Best for: Shopify brands that want Hyros-style attribution with a price on the page.
- Price: free, then Foundation from $219 a month at the lowest GMV band and Automate from $749 (Shopify App Store).
- The catch: paid plans are 12-month subscriptions and move up with GMV (Triple Whale pricing). If that's a dealbreaker, we compared the routes out in Triple Whale alternatives.
3. Wicked Reports: closest to Hyros on lifetime value
Wicked Reports is the alternative that thinks most like Hyros: lifetime lookback, cohort and LTV reports, and a strong focus on repeat purchases and subscriptions. Its pricing is "revenue-aligned" and, unlike Hyros, published (Wicked Reports pricing). It also connects to Claude and ChatGPT through an MCP (Wicked Reports MCP).
- Best for: subscription and repeat-purchase brands whose real ROI shows up months after the first order.
- Price: Measure $499 a month for stores up to $2.5M in annual revenue, Scale $699, Maximize $999, Enterprise from $4,999. Your band follows the last 12 months of gross revenue and updates at renewal.
- The catch: Meta CAPI (Advanced Signal) and the 5 Forces AI are add-ons below Maximize, so the $499 plan doesn't send conversions back to Meta on its own.
4. Lifetimely: LTV and profit without attribution pricing
Lifetimely (by AMP) does the LTV half of what Hyros sells, for a fraction of the cost: cohorts, a P&L and customer lifetime value straight from your Shopify orders. You can ask Claude about "profit, LTV, cohorts, and marketing performance" through its connector (AMP help).
- Best for: Shopify stores that mostly want to know which customers are worth acquiring.
- Price: free, then $49 a month up to 500 orders, $149 up to 3,000 and $299 up to 7,000, with Amazon data at $75 a month extra (Shopify App Store).
- The catch: it's profit analytics, not ad tracking. It won't catch sales the pixel missed or send them back to Meta.
5. Lebesgue: ad analytics and audits from $0
Lebesgue joins store and ad data at a fixed price. The free plan includes profit tracking and automated Meta, Google and TikTok ad audits. Its MCP gives Claude or ChatGPT "secure, read-only access" to your Lebesgue data (Lebesgue help).
- Best for: small stores that want ad reporting and suggestions before paying for attribution.
- Price: free, Ultimate $79 a month (10 AI questions a month), Ultimate AI $149 (unlimited). Its first-party attribution pixel, Le Pixel, starts at $749 a month (Lebesgue pricing).
- The catch: first-party tracking only comes with Le Pixel, and at $749 it costs more than Wicked's entry plan.
6. Microsoft Clarity: the free look at on-site behaviour
Clarity covers the part Hyros skips: what people do on the page. Heatmaps and session recordings, free (Clarity), with an official MCP server from Microsoft (GitHub).
- Best for: any store that wants to watch real sessions on its product and checkout pages.
- Price: free.
- The catch: recordings are kept 30 days (Microsoft Learn), and Clarity doesn't know which ad sent each visitor or what it cost. We compare it with the other recording tools in Hotjar alternatives.
A note on Cometly, which many Hyros lists still recommend for ecommerce: its pricing page now reads "Usage-based pricing. Built for B2B SaaS", with no public prices and no free trial (Cometly pricing). Worth knowing before you book that demo.
When Hyros is still the better choice
Keep Hyros if the sale doesn't happen on your site. If you sell courses, coaching or a high-ticket offer through webinars and booked calls, Hyros tracks the booking, the attendance and the close back to the ad that started it, and almost nothing else on this list does. Same if you take a lot of orders by phone. It's also a good fit if you want a setup team doing the install with you, or if its guarantee ("your ads grow or you do not pay") matters to whoever signs off the budget. And if you already run Hyros across several funnels, the cost of migrating your tracking is real.
How to choose
- Shopify store, under $1M a year: Triple Whale's free plan or Lebesgue for ad reporting, Clarity for behaviour, and Anry if paid visitors leave without buying.
- Subscription or repeat-purchase brand: Wicked Reports for long-window LTV attribution, Lifetimely if you only need the LTV side.
- WooCommerce or PrestaShop: Anry supports both. Check each other tool's integration list before you sign.
- You sell products and a coaching upsell on calls: Hyros, or a store tool plus a separate call tracker. A store tool alone will miss the calls.
- You don't know where the money goes yet: start with our guide to where ecommerce stores lose sales before buying any tracker.
Where Anry fits
Anry answers the store's side of it: which ad's visitors left, from which page, and how many orders that cost. It reads your store and your ads, prices each leak and hands the fix to your agent without touching anything itself. If your revenue comes from booked calls or a course funnel, you don't need Anry. You need a call tracker, and Hyros is a good one.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Hyros cost?
Hyros doesn't publish a price list anymore. Its pricing page says the price "follows the revenue we track for you" and is quoted on a setup call. An older Hyros page still shows a slider from $69 a month (up to $5K tracked monthly revenue) to $1,499 (up to $750K).
Is Hyros good for ecommerce?
It works for ecommerce. It has a one-click Shopify install and can import tracking from Triple Whale, Northbeam or Wicked Reports (Hyros for Shopify). But its strengths, call and funnel tracking, matter less to a store, and it doesn't show on-site behaviour.
What's the cheapest Hyros alternative for ecommerce?
Clarity is free for behaviour, and Triple Whale, Lifetimely and Lebesgue all have free plans. Among the paid ones, Lifetimely is cheapest at $49 a month, then Lebesgue at $79. Anry is paid as well, on a monthly plan you can try free first.
Does Hyros track phone calls?
Yes. Its B2B calls product attributes booked calls, attendance, closes and retainers to the ad that caused them. That's its main edge over ecommerce tools.
Which Hyros alternative works with Claude?
Anry, Triple Whale (on paid plans), Wicked Reports, Lifetimely, Lebesgue and Clarity all connect to Claude through an MCP. Hyros does too, and it's included in its plan.
