Data deletion
How to delete the data Anry holds — from your connected advertising accounts, from your website, and from your account. Most of it you can do yourself, in the app, in under a minute.
Anry is operated by Flowganise Pty Ltd (ACN 47 683 893 183). This page is the practical version of the rights set out in our Privacy Policy — what to click, what stops, and what is left behind.
Disconnect an advertising account
You can disconnect Google Ads, Meta Ads or TikTok Ads at any time from Settings → Integrations in the Anry app. Disconnecting deletes the stored access token immediately and stops all syncing.
Anry's access is read-only, so nothing in your ad account is ever changed — no campaign is created, edited, paused or deleted, before or after you disconnect. You can also revoke Anry from the platform's own security settings, and the effect is the same on our side.
One thing worth knowing: the spend and performance data Anry has already synced stays in your dashboard, so disconnecting does not put a hole in last quarter's reporting. If you want that history gone as well, ask us — below.
Remove the Anry tag
Take the tag off your site the same way you put it on: uninstall the Anry app in Shopify, deactivate the plugin in WordPress, or remove the snippet from your site's <head>. Collection stops the moment the tag stops loading — no further sessions, pageviews or funnel events reach us from that site.
Behavioural data already collected stays in your workspace, because it is yours and you may still want to read it. To have it deleted, ask.
Disconnect an AI agent
An agent connected to the Anry MCP server reads the workspace it authenticated against, and only that workspace. To end its access, remove the server from the client you added it to — in Claude Code, claude mcp list then claude mcp remove under the name you registered it with; in other clients, delete the entry from the MCP settings.
Anything the agent has already read has passed through your model provider and is held under their terms rather than ours, so a deletion request for that side goes to them.
Request full deletion
To permanently delete a connection and the data associated with it — or a whole site, or your account and everything in it — write to us. Tell us what you want removed and we will confirm when it is done. We action requests within 30 days.
If you cancel your subscription without asking us to delete, we hold your data for 30 days so you can request an export, then delete it. That is set out in our Terms, alongside the assistance we owe you on data subject requests.

If you are a visitor, not a customer
If you have landed here because a site you visited runs Anry: that site's operator is the controller of your data and we process it on their instructions, so your request goes to them. We are required to help them answer it, and we do. If you cannot reach them, write to hello@anry.io and we will point you the right way.
